Comprehensive Terms and Conditions for the Aman Ever Platform and App

3.1 Your Responsibility for Your Account

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials and password confidential.
• Sharing your membership card or personal account with others is not allowed (unless the plan is a family plan that explicitly includes them).

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or hold a valid Saudi ID.

3.3 Data Accuracy

• You undertake to provide correct, accurate, and complete information upon registration.
• You must update your data immediately when any change occurs.
• Providing forged or misleading data may lead to suspension of your account and legal action.

3.4 Protecting Your Login Credentials

• You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4.1 Product Display Accuracy

• We strive for accuracy in product display and availability; however, all orders are subject to stock-availability confirmation.

4.2 Delivery

• Delivery fees and times are determined during checkout based on your geographic location.

4.3 Subscriptions and Cards

• Aman Ever offers several subscription plans with different prices and benefits.
• Prices announced on the platform are inclusive of Value Added Tax (15%).
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

4.4 Cancellation

• Once payment is completed and the subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled or terminated before the end of its stated term.
• Subscription benefits remain available until the end of the paid term; non-use does not create a right to a refund or compensation.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.

6.1 Nature of the Balance

• Balances added to your wallet (whether cashback or points) are a "services balance" used exclusively within the "Aman Ever" app to pay for or reduce the value of your bookings and purchases.
• This balance is not redeemable for cash or transferable to external bank accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 How to Earn Points

• Points are awarded upon completing certain transactions (booking a consultation, buying from the pharmacy, referring a friend).
• The value of points and ways to earn them are determined by the company and subject to change.
• Points granted as promotional offers may be subject to special conditions.

6.3 Points Validity

• Points are valid for one year (12 months) from the date earned.
• Expired points are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
• You will be notified 30 days before your points expire.

6.4 Non-Transferability

• Points are not transferable to cash or refundable.
• Points cannot be transferred to another user's account.
• Upon account closure, all remaining points are forfeited.

7.1 Discounts and Promotional Offers

• Aman Ever offers discounts and promotional offers periodically.
• The announced discount (up to 80%) depends on the service provider and the specific service — it may not apply to all services.
• Two offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Offers are time-limited and subject to cancellation or modification without prior notice.

9.1 Permitted Use

• You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may print or download content for your personal use.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without permission.

12.1 Termination by the User

• You can close your account at any time from account settings.
• Upon closure, you will lose access to all services and stored data.
• You may request a copy of your data before closure (see the Privacy Policy).

12.2 Termination by the Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-payment or rejection of financial transactions
• A request from a competent government authority

12.3 Effects of Termination

• Outstanding financial obligations continue even after termination.
• Confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability clauses remain in effect.
• You are not entitled to claim compensation for termination (except in cases specified by law).

13.1 Applicable Regulations

• The Saudi E-Commerce Law
• Ministry of Health regulations for digital health services
• The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

13.2 Jurisdiction

• The competent courts in the city of Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
• Either party has the right to resort to the Saudi judiciary.

13.3 Mediation and Amicable Settlement

• We encourage resolving disputes amicably before resorting to the judiciary.
• You can contact our legal team to try to reach a satisfactory solution.
• If no solution is reached, either party has the right to resort to the judiciary.
