Aman Ever is committed to providing high-quality medical and health services. Please note that all subscriptions and services offered through our platform are final and non-refundable.

Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase or subscription.

Membership card subscriptions (individual, family, gold, etc.) are final and non-refundable after activation, except where required by applicable law.

• After activation, the subscription does not allow voluntary cancellation or a refund merely because of a change of mind.
• The subscription is valid only for the specified period and cannot be extended or refunded.
• Not using the services does not create a right to a refund or compensation.

All paid medical consultations (online or in-person) are final and non-refundable.

• Once a consultation is booked and the fee is paid, the amount cannot be refunded.
• In the case of a no-show or cancellation, you are not entitled to a refund.
• You may reschedule the appointment only once, subject to the doctor's availability.

All paid home care services are final and non-refundable.

• Once a service is booked and the fee is paid, the amount cannot be refunded.
• In the case of cancellation, you are not entitled to a refund.
• You may reschedule the appointment only once, subject to the medical team's availability.

Points and the e-wallet balance are not redeemable for cash.

• Points earned from transactions are not transferable to cash.
• Points can only be used to obtain discounts on services.
• Upon account closure, all remaining points are forfeited.

In very limited exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests:

• Technical error from the platform: if the amount was charged twice due to a technical error.
• Fraudulent transactions: if your card was used without your authorization (a police report is required).
• Complete service outage: if the platform stops working entirely for more than 30 days.
